Lilly's birthday!

LILLY IS ONE!!!
It is crazy how time flies, and to see how much has happened since last year at this time.
At one Lilly loves to carry around fluffy animals/toys. She sleeps through the night, eats whatever (but only whenever) she wants. She is very mobile! She can climb on Benson's toddler bed, and just learned how to go down the stairs backwards. She is very friendly and walks around holding her arms out for whoever will pick her up.

We pretty much had the Thanksgiving clan back over to help us celebrate Lilly's birthday (plus a few more).

She loved her cake once everyone stopped watching her!

And she was even sweet enough to share!

We love our little Lilly!

Fun in the snow/ice

Brooks took the boys out for some sledding yesterday. Spencer was so excited to go, but Benson ended up loving the sledding more. Benson wanted to go all the way to the top of then hill and loved it. Spencer liked skating on the ice rink best. For the record, it was -4 degrees outside, but they still had a blast!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving weekend was a load of fun! If you can't be with family for holidays like this, it is nice to have good friends to share it with.

Looking spiffy and all ready for the fun to begin!

The gang! Great food and company!

And the kids (well, half of them)

The day after Thanksgiving. We just couldn't wait to get Christmas stuff up.

Their favorite part - - the train!

The ward Turkey Trot!  Brooks and the kids parked along the course and cheered everyone on, Spencer even ran with me for a while and helped me finish strong!

We headed to Minneapolis to see the Holidazzle Parade on Saturday (before the temperatures dropped). It wasnt too cold while we were packed in the crowd. We heard rumor it was the last year they are doing the parade, which is really sad. The kids all really loved it, even little Lilly.

Macey's Holiday display

It was a great weekend, and a fun start to the holiday season!
