The best surprise ever!

Cindy, Heather & Melissa all came out for the first ever Turnbow sisters weekend! Even though we were missing half the sisters. We are already planning the next one to get us all together! It was a crazy busy weekend, I think everyone got their fill of site seeing (except Robb). Oh, did I mention Robb? I guess I should mention him since it was all because of him and his work conference that got them all out here! We saw everything from Hershey, PA to Washington D.C. Spencer LOVED having the complete attention of four women - half of whom were missing their own kids. He had a fabulous time! It didn't take Benson long to warm up to them either!This was our Mother's Day fondue - notice mom in the back on the web cam!! Melissa somehow missed posting this on her blog! :) We had a photo shoot for Melissa's graduation. She just graduated with her undergrad and she didn't get any pictures in a cap and gown!! She'll thank us later for these pictures!! We were all exhausted by the end of the weekend, but we hated to see it come to an end. Here's Spencer vocalizing what we all felt!

A big thanks to Robb, Scott & Ben for surprising their wives and letting them come party with me! And a huge thanks to Mom for watching all the kids so they could come!!

Easter

We had a great Easter this year!

Here is our Easter prep - dying easter eggs!

Spencer loved the silly face stickers that came with the dye this year! Brooks and Spencer named each egg, he thought it was sooo funny!Benson cheered them on!And the best part of dying eggs - eating them!! Easter morning - it was a beautiful Spring day. Still had a little chill in the air, but a beautiful day. We didn't get pictures of the easter egg hunt, but we had an easter egg hunt with some friends - it was fun to have some more kids to do it with since we missed the one with Grandma and all the cousins. I loved watching the blossoms on the tree out our back door.This is our popcorn tree - actually they were all over the place for a while! It looks more like snow in the picture

Quick trip. . .

Benson got a special trip with just mom and dad when we took a quick trip to Tucson last month. It was a busy weekend, but we had a lot of fun with Grandma Kay & Papa Tingey. There's a lot to write about this trip, but I'll save that for later.

Cheese!

We took the boys to Chuck E Cheese last month thanks to a friend's spring cleaning! Spencer was a little overwhelmed at first, but he quickly got his groove on. He loved watching Chuck E Cheese singing and was so excited when the mouse actually came out.

Benson is such a cheese ball! He knows exactly what to do when you put a camera in front of him. Like father like son!

We all had a great night, it's always fun to bring out the kid in you every once in a while! Thanks Margie!
